Stealth is just an option to slow down your play time. The game has not really evolved and this time the stories seems cookie cutter. The difficulty of this game is in the amount of NPC you need to get rid of but not much else. Invisible walls everywhere so you are funneled into a few ways to get the job done but not much a tactical choice. The graphics are nice but the character models are awful. It's more of a bunch of DLCs from Sniper Elite 4 than anything else. Only 9 missions that can range from an hour to a couple of hours each. The dialogues were a little bit dull sometimes. Another negative aspect is that now you can't run while crouching which means it'll take you a long time to finish each level if you want to go ful stealth.
